Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from it. By placing an order you are agreeing to them, so it is worth a read.

Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by Pics That Go Hard, based in Ontario, Canada. Contact details are on our contact information page.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We can decline or cancel an order before that point, including where a product was listed at the wrong price, where we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, or where we think an order is fraudulent. If we cancel after you have paid, you get the full amount back.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Prices can change at any time, though a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. Import duties and taxes on cross-border orders are set by your own government and are not included.

Products

Everything here is printed to order by a third-party production partner. Colours on your screen will not match fabric exactly, and small variations in print position between individual shirts are normal for direct-to-garment printing rather than a defect. Where a difference genuinely is a defect, our refund policy covers it.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering, particularly the part about sizing, because a shirt printed for one order cannot be resold.

Intellectual property

The Pics That Go Hard name, logo and site design belong to us. Designs sold here are used on the basis that we hold the rights to them or have permission to use them.

If you believe a design infringes your rights, email us with the product link, a description of the work you own, and confirmation that you hold the rights or act for the person who does. We will remove the product while we look into it rather than argue about it first. We would genuinely rather hear from you than have you find out through a lawyer.

Using this site

Do not try to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We can refuse service to anyone who does.

What we are not responsible for

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. None of this limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, and if you are in a place with such rights, they stand.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local law.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version live on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
