<h2>How this actually works</h2>
<p>Every shirt here is printed after you order it rather than pulled off a shelf, so there is a real gap between you paying and a box turning up. We would rather give you the honest numbers than promise two day delivery and let you down.</p>

<h2>Printing</h2>
<p>Our production partner takes up to 10 days to print and quality check an order before it leaves the building. Most move faster than that, but 10 days is the outside figure they commit to, so it is the one we will hold ourselves to.</p>

<h2>Delivery</h2>
<p>Once it ships, standard delivery runs 13 to 35 business days depending on where you live. Checkout shows the estimate for your own address before you pay, and that estimate is the one to trust over anything written here.</p>

<p>A second shirt on the same order only adds a few dollars instead of a whole second shipping fee, so two at once beats ordering twice.</p>

<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.</p>

<h2>Duties and customs</h2>
<p>Orders crossing a border can pick up import duties or taxes. Your government sets those and we neither collect nor control them.</p>
