Refund policy

<h2>If we got it wrong</h2>
<p>If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo through the contact page within 30 days of it landing and we will reprint and reship it at our cost. You do not need to post the original one back to us.</p>

<h2>If the size is wrong</h2>
<p>Every shirt is printed for one specific order, so a returned one cannot go back into stock and we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or a sizing mistake. Please check the size guide before ordering, and message us first if you are between sizes and want a second opinion.</p>

<h2>Cancelling an order</h2>
<p>Get in touch quickly and we can usually stop an order before printing starts. Once it is in production it cannot be pulled back.</p>

<h2>If it never arrives</h2>
<p>If tracking stalls or the parcel goes missing, tell us and we will chase the carrier and replace the order where they confirm it is lost.</p>

<h2>Your legal rights</h2>
<p>If you are ordering from the UK or the EU, your local consumer law may give you a 14 day right to cancel that overrides what is written above. Where it applies, we will honour it.</p>
